The Best Years Center in Beaumont will be holding a Mini-Health Day this Wednesday (November 14).  The hours sill be 9a-2p, and all activities will be in the Best Year’s Center library. Highlights include free blood pressure checks and nutritional information. There will also be a free bag of groceries and popcorn.
