Looking for a fun and fanciful Beaumont senior outing?
Consider The Art Studio Beaumont’s exhibit: “Acquae Obscurae: A Menagerie of Neches River Critters”.
The show’s idea was hatched when a Neches River Tugboat Captain Beau Dumesnil speculated about what kind of creatures might exist at extreme depths in the river.
He and his wife Karen collaborated on putting this exhibit together inviting other Southeast Texas visual and performing artists to participate.

Art lovers looking for a fun SETX Senior activity will head to the Beaumont Art League this March for a special exhibit: The Painted Ladies of Crystal Beach.
The exhibit will feature artwork by a local art group known as The Painted Ladies of Crystal Beach.
Many Southeast Texas senior artists know the artists, particularly if they’ve spend a lot of time in Crystal Beach.

Southeast Texas senior citizens have always enjoyed an excuse to take a quick road trip to Galveston.

On Saturday February 8th, many Golden Triangle seniors will head to Galveston for their 2014 Sacred Places Tour.
The Sacred Places Tour is coordinated by the Galveston Historical Foundation.
